COSTA BRAVA
Tourist information of the Costa Brava
The Costa Brava extends from the French border to Blanes, a
town located to north of Barcelona. Throughout 200 km of the coast
that crosses the Costa Bravat we find the typical Mediterranean towns
like Cadaqués, where the enchantment and the landscape were able
to seduce Dalí.

The beaches of the Costa Brava are of an extraordinary beauty and have
the enchantment of small almost virgin beaches. The Mediterranean
vegetation accompanies all the coast giving a unique aspect to the
numerous coves. It is indeed the singularity of this touching
encounter between the mountain and the sea which journalist Ferran
Agulló, year 1908, defined as the Costa Brava ( Brave Coast).

The golden sand, the transparent waters and the sun wait to you
patiently in each town of the Costa Brava like Tamariu, Begur,
Calella de Palafrugell, Pals, Empuriabrava, Lloret de Mar...

The Costa Brava is an ideal scene for the strolls and the hikes, on foot, in bicycle, car or even to horse by the footpaths or surrounding the coves. If you prefer it, you can practice nautical sports or golf. And if you wish diversion still more, you will find great centers of recreation, bars, restaurants, discotecas...

The European Foundation of Environmental Education decides year after
year the flags that guarantee the environmental quality of the water
and the sand of beaches of our coast. The waters are clean,
crystalline and free of pollution.

Also you will be able to enjoy the kitchen of sea and mountain, the sublime encounter of the seafood, the meats and the vegetables of the mountain.
