Reservation

After checking availability, to the owner, the tenant confirms the reservation of a housing. Costa-brava.cat sends a rent contract and an invoice for the payment of the installment. The contract must be given back to us dated and signed accompanied by the amount of the installment indicated by costa-brava.cat.

Installment: The amount for reserver housing is 40% of the total sum, and must be paid in 3 days to count of the day you make the reservation.

IMPORTANT: the tenant must send to us by fax or e-mail a copy of the transaction, generally transfer banquaire.

It must be versed at the time of the reservation. It must account for the 40% of the amount of the hiring to more than 6 weeks of the beginning of the stay, 60% of the amount of the hiring to less than 6 weeks of the beginning of the stay and in the event of inscription less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the totality of the payment (100%) will be required with the reservation. No confirmation of reservation can be taken into account if it is not accompanied by the corresponding installment. If the amount of the reservation is not paid within the time limits costa-brava.cat reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Confirmation: The reservation becomes firm when the installment of 40% of the price of the stay was paid and the rent contrat signed by the customer, were turned over to the service reservation before the date limits being reproduced on the contract. The balance must be regulated 6 weeks before catch of the hiring, except in certain specific cases and only with the agreement of costa-brava.cat, without recall of our share, or else, costa-brava.cat reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice and without the tenant being able to claim with the refunding of his installment nor to an unspecified allowance.

Once the totality of the hiring is regulated, costa-brava.cat sends to the tenant the Bono of stay, by e-mail, fax or by mail according to its useful preference and all information's concerning the place and the address of the office of reception.

Payment

You can pay your reservations bye banking transference, money order or with credit card.

IMPORTANT: the client must send to us by fax or e-mail a copy of the transaction, generally banking transference.

Prices

The prices communicated in our web site are understood per week of hiring and are expressed in EUROS.

The prices are established according to the economic conditions at the date of the signature of the contract. We reserve ourselves the right to modify the tariffs of hiring without notice. Only, the rent contract confirming the reservation holds place of contractual document.

Our prices include water, electricity and gas, and generally the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden.

In certain cases, the linen is provided but it is it often with supplement. The household of end of stay is not always
included in the price indicated and can vary according to the various rented objects. The heating and some other loads as the air conditioning are not generally included.

The expenses of reservation are 30 euros.

No dispute concerning the price of the hiring could be taken into account after signature of the contract. It is up to the customer to appreciate before making the reservation, if the price is appropriate to him.

Our prices include the fees and taxes.

Guarantee

A guarantee will be required of you for the hiring. The amount can vary according to rented housing. This guarantee can be required in cash or by impression of credit card at the time of your arrival to gather the keys to respond to the damages and possible flaws happened during your stay. The guarantee will later return the day of your departure or ten days after, according to housing, if there are no deteriorations or badly maintenance of the places, that is to say, if no material damage has been stated by the owner or his representative.

Costa-brava.cat not intervening in the payment of these guarantees, its responsibility could be committed at no time.

Animaux domestiques

Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés dans la plupart des propriétés. Vous êtes donc priés de communiquer la présence d'éventuels animaux domestiques avant de confirmer la réservation. L'omission de déclaration d'animaux donne lieu à l'annulation immédiate de la réservation, sans aucun droit de remboursement.

Dans les logements ou les animaux domestiques sont autorisés un fraix annexe par semaine peut vous être demandé et les cautions à verser peuvent être augmentées.

Pour votre information : Il est demandé par les autorités sanitaires un certificat de vaccination contre la rage et un certificat de bonne santé établi depuis moins de 8 jours.

Capacité d'accueil

Le nombre de personnes prévu sur le contrat de location ne pourra être dépassé, et l'apport de lits supplémentaires, de tentes , de caravanes, etc., n'est pas autorisé.
Si vous dépassez le nombre de personnes prévu dans votre location, à votre arrivée ou pendant votre séjour, vous le faites au risque de voir refusé votre accès.

Départs et arrivées

Les arrivées sont prévues pour le samedi entre 16,00 et 20,00 heures, sauf exceptions comme les villas à Tamariu avec arrivées les vendredis entre 16,00 et 20,00 heures. Les départs auront lieu le samedi ou vendredi (selon le logement) avant 10,00 heures et non plus tard.

Si vous ne pouvez pas arriver pendant ces heures, vous devez contacter en temps opportun le bureau de réception au numéro indiqué sur le Bon de séjour. Dans le cas où ne puissiez occuper le logement à partir du jour de réservation ou à l'heure prévue pour difficultés pendant le voyage, grèves ou pour motifs personnels, aucun remboursement n'est prévu. Il en sera de meme en cas de départs anticipés. 

Annulation

Toute annulation doit être notifiée à costa-brava.cat par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Elle sera effective à compter de la date de réception dans notre bureau et entraînera les frais suivants:
- entre 90 et 60 jours avant la date du début de la location : 30% du montant de la location
- entre 59 et 45 jours avant la date du début de la location : 50% du montant de la location
- à moins de 44 jours avant la date du début de la location :100% du montant de la location

Costa-brava.cat ne propose pas d'assurance pour cause d'annulation. Nous conseillons à nos clients de souscrire une assurance annulation.
Tout séjour interrompu ou abrégé, ou toute prestation non consommée pour quelque cause que ce soit, ne donne lieu à aucun remboursement.
